These Terms govern the use of turkmenistantrip.com and every tour booked through it. By sending a booking request or paying for a tour, you accept these Terms, including the Cancellation & Refund Policy in Section 9 and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

• Company, we, us — Two Wings Travel LLC, a licensed tour operator in Turkmenistan (tourism license No. 5-17-27-256), operating the TurkmenistanTrip brand.
• Client, you — the person who books a tour, and every traveler included in that booking.
• Website — turkmenistantrip.com.
• Tour — the set of services listed on the tour page or in our written offer.
• Private Tour — a tour for your own party only. Dates and program can be agreed individually.
• Group Tour — a tour with a fixed date and itinerary that travelers from different bookings join (Section 7).
• Visa Fee — the government fee for a Turkmenistan tourist visa, 30–50 USD per traveler, included in the tour price (clause 6.4). Fees paid at the border on entry are not part of it.
• Tour Start Date — the date stated in your written booking confirmation. All deadlines in these Terms are counted in Turkmenistan time (UTC+5).

2. General

2.1. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not submit booking requests through the Website.

2.2. We may update these Terms. The new version applies from its publication on the Website. Bookings already confirmed stay under the version in force on the confirmation date.

2.3. If our staff tell you something that contradicts these Terms, the published Terms prevail unless we confirm the exception in writing.

3. Our role

3.1. We organize tours in Turkmenistan and arrange visa support. Hotels, airlines, transport companies and restaurants are independent suppliers, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

3.2. All texts, photos, logos and tour programs on the Website belong to the Company or are used lawfully. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Prices

4.1. Each tour page shows the price per person for a solo traveler and per person in a group of 4. These are the actual prices: the price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay.

4.2. Prices are in US dollars (USD). The tour page lists what the price includes; visa processing, the Visa Fee (clause 6.4) and travel insurance for your stay in Turkmenistan are always included. Not included: international flights, fees paid at the border on entry, and personal expenses.

4.3. The price in your booking confirmation changes only if you change the booking (dates, travelers or program).

5. Booking and payment

5.1. A booking is confirmed when our manager confirms it in writing by email or WhatsApp. This message (the booking confirmation) states the tour, dates, travelers and price.

5.2. The payment method (for example, bank transfer via Wise, card, or cash on arrival) and the payment schedule are agreed with our manager in writing for each booking. There is no standard deposit.

5.3. We apply for your visa after the booking is confirmed. From that moment, the Visa Fee rules in clause 6.4 apply.

5.4. Bank, transfer and currency conversion fees are paid by the Client. We do not store card data.

6. Visa support

6.1. We apply for your Turkmenistan tourist visa based on the data you provide. You are responsible for its accuracy. We are not liable for a refusal caused by incorrect or incomplete data.

6.2. The decision on the visa and entry to Turkmenistan is made only by the authorities of Turkmenistan. We cannot guarantee or influence it.

6.3. Visa processing usually takes about 7 calendar days after we receive a complete set of documents. The authorities can change this time without notice.

6.4. The Visa Fee is 30–50 USD per traveler and is included in the tour price; the exact amount is stated in your booking confirmation. Fees charged by the border service on entry to Turkmenistan are not included and are paid by the traveler at the border. Once the visa application is submitted, the Visa Fee is non-refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation and whatever the decision on the visa. Exceptions: cancellation by the Company (clause 9.7) and refusal caused by our error (clause 9.8).

6.5. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the last day of the tour. You are responsible for checking entry, customs and health requirements of Turkmenistan for your travel date.

7. Group Tours

7.1. Group Tours run on a fixed date and itinerary. The route, order of visits, hotels and timing cannot be changed at the request of a traveler. Changes for your party alone are possible only on a Private Tour at the private rate.

7.2. A group has up to 4 travelers. Your place is reserved when our manager confirms it in writing. Send passport data for the visa application within 3 calendar days of booking; otherwise we may release the place to another traveler.

7.3. The price of a Group Tour is the one shown on the tour page at the time of booking (clause 4.1).

7.4. If the group is full, you can join the waiting list. When a place frees up, we offer it in order of the list; the offer is valid for 24 hours.

7.5. Date changes, transfers to another group and changes of travelers are not possible on Group Tours. A traveler who withdraws is treated as a cancellation under Section 9.

7.6. If a group cannot run, for example because travelers withdrew, we offer each remaining traveler a choice: (a) continue as a Private Tour at the price shown on the tour page for your number of travelers; (b) move to another date; or (c) a refund of all payments minus the Visa Fee if the visa application was already submitted.

8. Changes to the itinerary

8.1. We may adjust the route, schedule, hotels or transport because of flight times, weather, safety advice from guides, or force majeure. We replace a changed service with one of equal or higher category where possible.

8.2. If the change affects more than 30% of the program, you may cancel and receive a full refund, or agree to new terms.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Send every cancellation in writing (clause 9.1). What you get back depends on who cancels and when:

9.1. How to cancel. Email info.turkmenistantrip@gmail.com with the subject “Cancellation/Refund Request” and include: booking number, full names of the travelers who cancel, the reason, and the refund method you prefer. The time we receive the email counts as the cancellation time.

9.2. Cancellation 48 hours or more before the Tour Start Date. We refund the amount paid minus (a) the Visa Fee, if the visa application was submitted, and (b) costs already paid to hotels, airlines or attractions that the supplier does not return.

9.3. Late cancellation and no-show. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the Tour Start Date, or do not arrive at the agreed time and place without notice, no refund is made. For a Private Tour you may ask to move it to new dates; seasonal rates and exchange rates may change the price. Group Tours cannot be moved (clause 7.5).

9.4. Partial cancellation. If some travelers of one booking cancel, clauses 9.2–9.3 apply to each of them separately. The remaining travelers pay the price shown on the tour page for their new number of travelers.

9.5. Changes you request. On Private Tours, you can ask to change dates, travelers or the program up to 7 calendar days before the Tour Start Date. Changes depend on supplier availability and may cost extra. Changing a name or passport details after the visa application is submitted may require a new application and a new Visa Fee.

9.6. Force majeure on your side. If you cannot travel because of serious illness, death of a close relative, border closure or flight cancellation by the airline, send us supporting documents (medical certificate, airline notice, official decision). We then offer new dates without penalty or a refund under clause 9.2. We may refuse if the documents are insufficient.

9.7. Cancellation by the Company. We may cancel a tour because of severe weather, emergencies, military or terrorist threats, epidemics, government restrictions, other force majeure, or if a traveler lacks a valid visa or passport and does not fix it in reasonable time. Except in the last case, you choose between new dates at no extra cost or a 100% refund including the Visa Fee. In the last case, the cancellation is treated as cancellation by the Client (clauses 9.2–9.3). We do not cover your other costs, such as international flights or hotels before and after the tour.

9.8. Visa refusal. If the authorities refuse the visa for reasons outside our control, including incorrect data from the Client, the Visa Fee is kept and the rest is refunded under clause 9.2. If the refusal was caused by our error in the application, we refund 100%, including the Visa Fee.

9.9. Processing. We decide on a refund request within 5 business days of receiving all documents. Approved refunds are sent within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or another method agreed with our manager; your bank may take longer to show the money. Refunds are made in USD. Bank, payment provider and conversion fees from the original payment are not refunded.

10. Your obligations

10.1. You agree to:

• give accurate personal data and tell us promptly about changes to passport, contact or trip details;
• follow the laws of Turkmenistan and the rules for foreign visitors;
• not use the Website to send spam, malicious code or false information, or to access our systems without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. We help resolve complaints about suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport, restaurants), but we are not liable for their quality, delays or safety.

11.2. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; losses caused by government decisions; flight delays or cancellations, strikes, natural disasters or epidemics; or loss, theft or damage of your belongings and documents during the tour.

11.3. Travel insurance for your stay in Turkmenistan is included in the tour price. Medical costs are covered by that insurance on its terms; we do not pay them ourselves. If you want cover for flights, baggage or trip cancellation, buy extra insurance in your home country.

12. Force majeure

12.1. Neither party is liable for failing to perform these Terms because of natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, epidemics, government bans or restrictions on travel, strikes, power or internet outages, or payment system failures.

12.2. The affected party must notify the other within 3 business days of the event.

13. Governing law and disputes

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13.2. Send any claim to us in writing. We both try to settle it by negotiation within 30 calendar days of receipt, and may use mediation under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.3. If the dispute is not settled, it goes to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

14. Other terms

14.1. If any clause is found invalid, the other clauses remain in force.

14.2. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.

14.3. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and your booking confirmation form the entire agreement between you and the Company.

14.4. These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version prevails.
