Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data TurkmenistanTrip (turkmenistantrip.com, the “Website”) collects, why we need it, who receives it and how long we keep it. The Website is operated by Two Wings Travel LLC, a licensed tour operator in Turkmenistan (tourism license No. 5-17-27-256), referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”. Payment method and timing are agreed with our managers by email or WhatsApp.
1. Data we collect
- When you browse the Website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit. This is recorded automatically in server logs.
- When you send an inquiry or message us by email or WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number or messenger account, travel dates, number of travelers and the text of your message.
- When we apply for your visa: full name, citizenship, date and place of birth, passport details, passport scan and photo. The State Migration Service of Turkmenistan also requires your education, profession, employer and position, marital status, children and previous visits to Turkmenistan. We ask only for what the current visa application form requires.
- Trip details: flight times, hotel preferences, and dietary or medical needs you choose to tell us about.
- Payment data: if you pay by card or bank transfer (for example, via Wise), the payment is processed by that provider. We receive the payment status, amount and payer name. We never receive or store full card numbers.
If you book for other travelers, including children, you confirm that you are allowed to share their data with us. A parent or legal guardian provides the data of travelers under 18.

We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.
3. Who receives your data
- Government authorities of Turkmenistan: the State Migration Service and border authorities, for your visa and migration registration.
- Travel suppliers: hotels, transport companies, guides and domestic airlines — only the data each one needs for your reservation.
- Payment providers: banks and services such as Wise or card processors, to receive payments and send refunds.
- Technical providers: our hosting provider and email service, which store data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We never sell or rent your data and never pass it to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Because your trip takes place in Turkmenistan, your data is transferred there and to suppliers in the countries where they operate.
4. How we protect your data
- All data between your browser and the Website travels over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection.
- Inquiries you send through the Website are stored in the Website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers.
- Only staff who handle your booking can access your data. Admin accounts are protected by personal logins.
5. How long we keep your data

You can ask us to delete your data earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or outdated data;
- delete your data once your trip is over and legal retention periods have ended;
- restrict or stop processing your data in certain cases;
- send you your data in a common machine-readable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave. This does not affect processing done before the withdrawal.
Email your request to info.turkmenistantrip@gmail.com with the subject “Personal Data Request”. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only functional cookies that the Website needs to work, for example to remember your language, keep forms secure and count tour page views once per visit. They do not require consent.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first in a cookie banner and update this policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We publish every change on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the data of an active booking, we will tell you by email.
